Great location and well set up for groups. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, a well set up kitchen, living room, dining room. Easy walking around El Raval, Gothic Quarter, and the harbor. About 30 Euro to/from the BCN airport. Taxi's and metro are available a few blocks away on La Rambla. The Liceu metro stop is great for longer adventures like a trip to the train station or Parc Guell.

There were a number of issues with this property, mechanical and upkeep. Some of the problems were addressed immediately, others not so much. The owner has gotten back to me and indicated the property is being taken off the market while upkeep in being addressed. The neighborhood was quiet, but the upstairs neighbors were heavy footed in the middle of the night - maybe late night workers.
