We just got back from our vacation in Playa Del Carmen. I am so happy that I found Casa Pariaiso for our accommodations! As a group of adults, the experience at this condo was exactly what we were looking for. The location was fabulous - steps away from 5th avenue & the surrounding area for food & fun as well as super close to the beach. We loved having the private rooftop to hang out on

2 couples stayed at Casa Pariasio for 1 month & loved it. The 2 good size bedrooms had very comfortable king size beds. The sunken living room takes a day or two to get use to.
There was construction next door but wasn’t overly loud & definitely didn’t deter us from spending a lot of top on the rooftop deck. The plung pool allowed us to cool off from the heat. The rooftop deck is a definite plus!
The property was in a fabulous location (1/2 block off 5th Avenue). There is a grocery store about 3 blocks away and Walmart & Mega are a quick 10 minute walk. The beach is only 3 blocks away.
The owner was very responsive & great to communicate with.
Loved this place & will definitely stay again!

Kris was very responsive. The condo was equiped with most items, clean but the condo itself is very dated and alot of things did not work. Hopefully Kris works those things out. If you have any mobility issues don't rent this as there are many steps and the stairs to the roof top are very traitorous. There were a few things I would suggest, chairs for the beach would be very convenient and maybe have the guest leave a deposit, the locals on the beach charge so much to sit at the beach and they buy up all the chairs at the stores so you can't even buy one, not Kris's fault, just an observation.over all it was as we expected. The unit is for sale at a good price as well...
