Right in the heart of the tourist area and night life, adorable 2-bedroom condo has an excellent location, just a few steps to 5th ave and a few more to mamitas beach, surround it by restaurants, coffee shops, bars, stores, shopping centers, free sports club just across the street etc. close to ADO bus station, this place has been completely remodeled, new furniture, new kitchen, new bathrooms, new appliances, safe box, 4 Beach chairs, Umbrella, beach Blanket and Towels, Ice Box, foldable wagon car to carrie everything to the beach, free Parking available, while the pleasant living room with 1 sofa beds offers extra space for 2 more guests, best place, best location waiting for you next vacations, ( we can pick you up from airport if you need it)

We spent a wonderful month here with our 1- and 3-year-old, and it was an ideal family stay. The apartment is very kid-friendly, with everything we needed—including great beach gear like umbrellas, chairs, and a wagon that made outings super easy.The full kitchen and spacious layout were lifesavers for daily life with little ones. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed vibe.Ulises was an attentive and responsive host, which made our long stay even better. Highly recommend for families with young kids—we’d love to come back!

Clean, comfortable and convenient. Unbeatable location. A block from the main strip, but quiet. Ask for Pedro to pick you up from the airport. Great guy.
