Completely renovated in 2023, Park Bay House will delight you with stunning views and the soothing chorus of waves breaking over the offshore reef. The spacious oceanfront villa sleeps up to nine people comfortably in four bedrooms. Unique among Bequia villa rentals, Park Bay House affords complete privacy, surrounded by splendid beaches and pristine woodlands, all just ten minutes from town.
The villa offers some of the most breathtaking views on Bequia, punctuated by dramatic waves in the foreground and the neighboring Grenadine islands in the distance.
The house is built in traditional West Indian style from tropical hardwood and native stone. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the two-story villa is perfect for both large and small groups. The villa can accommodate up to nine guests. Upstairs is a master bedroom with an antique four-poster king bed and a second bedroom with twin beds. Downstairs are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a day bed, and one with a queen bed. All bedrooms are kept cool due to the prevailing breeze. The downstairs sitting leads out to an outside patio with a barbecue area, gazebo and swimming pool.

We spent 10 days here and loved it! The location could not be better. Amazing views & a much appreciated constant breeze. The house was very spacious for 5 people. The pool was refreshing & grew to swim with the ocean directly in front of us. The house is decorated in a casual Caribbean style. Perfect for relaxing. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this home. It was at the very end of the island. Most people are aware of it. The owner coordinated Car Rental rentals for us and his house manager coordinated a cook a boat tour spearguns all kinds of awesome things and we could ask the manager about anything on the island he even picked up some groceries for us. I would definitely ask for the managers contact sooner because if he has a little more time, he can plan things out a little bit better for you then having to do it last minute on arrival. If we needed anything, it was immediately handled. The house is completely open air. There are no screens on the windows which we loved and found to not be a problem at all with the nice freeze bugs were no issue. It was very safe and the island was very enjoyable

Delightfully different. Very close to the ocean. Easy to get to town/ restaurants etc (10 mins by car) Lots of Old World charm. Breathtaking views from the veranda. Starlit skies.
