Xona, inspired by the island’s endemic parrot, is a luxury company that seeks to promote the rich afro-caribbean lifestyle, full of colourful people, like the national bird, the Saint Lucian Amazona, scientifically known as the Amazona Versicolor.
Villa Xona is a luxury villa… your home away from home, situated in Goodlands, with stunning views overlooking Cul de Sac of lush green vegetation and mountains, including the peak of Mount Gimie, Saint Lucia’s tallest mountain.
This exceptionally designed and well laid out home was built in 2012 and is a 15-minute drive to downtown, the main city central. It is an open concept, split level, with 6 bedrooms including 4 ensuite and master bedroom; 4 ½ bath.
On the main floor: spacious living room, family room, dining room and foyer; a beautiful functional and modern kitchen with granite counter tops, bar stools, cooker, dishwasher and double door refrigerator; a power room, bedroom with bath; large outdoor space with a pool, barbeque and pool table right outside the living and dining room which makes it great for entertaining; a wet bar which serves guests both inside and outside; wine cooler; a laundry room with washer and dryer; a 2 car garage and parking for 5 additional vehicles.
On the top floor: Master bedroom with bath and walk-in his and her closets, jacuzzi, shower and balcony overlooking the pool, 4 other spacious bedrooms and 2 other baths. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ceiling fans.
Windows and doors designed to take advantage of the views and to allow maximum light and ventilation. Recessed lighting and dimmers to create extra warm ambiance.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful vacation home in Castries, Saint Lucia! Our group of friends and family felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. The house was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and decorated with so much style — you can tell great care was put into every detail.The pool was a huge highlight and perfect for relaxing together, and the Wi-Fi and air conditioning worked flawlessly, which made our stay even more comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, making it a truly stress-free experience.Suzy was absolutely amazing — so welcoming, kind, and incredibly responsive. She made us feel genuinely cared for and ensured everything went smoothly throughout our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Saint Lucia. We would happily stay here again!

We were a multi - generational family group. 28yrs to 80yrs of age. The villa was a perfect size and facilities for our group. We needed two cars though as not suitable to walk anywhere. Would recommend as a great base to explore St Lucia from. Cheryl was a superb host and Suzi was a great local host.

This property was rented by the bridesmaids and it was lovely. All the ladies had an amazing time. The house was the icing on the cake

The house is beautiful. It has the luxury that everyone can enjoy. I don't agreed with no bath towel for guest. We normally travel with wash clothes, but was caught off guard when we were told wash clothes were were too expensive. I can understand the tv in every room was too much, but we travel on an annual basis and look for comfort in all rooms. If we knew this was not available, we would have not booked this place. The host sister were amazing and tried her best to make us comfortable. I felt we should have met the host personally. The location really doesn't give you the full outlet of the island. We had to try our best to find some activity that would have fit our need. The island is lovely, but we had no idea of what was outside the small area we were in. Loved the house. It was comfortable and well equip with the exception of wash clothes and tv's.
