Relaxation Retreat and Vacation Gem “Reetjuwel Eiderstedt” – Reetloft
Our beautiful thatched-roof house with 3 apartments is centrally located on the Eider Peninsula—between the idyllic Eider River, the sophisticated town of St. Peter-Ording (SPO), and the Westerhever Lighthouse, a local landmark. This location makes it the ideal spot for families, nature lovers, and active vacationers. Whether hiking, biking, or kitesurfing on the North Sea—your vacation begins right on your doorstep. The large garden with its own playground right next to the house also makes the vacation home especially family-friendly; an outdoor shower is available for water sports enthusiasts.
Located directly beneath the thatched roof, the “Reetloft Oberdeck” spans 65 square meters and accommodates up to four guests. It features two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa area and dining area, and an open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living space. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and all kitchen utensils, as well as dishes and silverware. The bathroom features a shower with a tub, sink, toilet, and mirror. Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi internet access, a coat rack, an armchair, a sofa, a dresser, and a dining table. A crib is available. The property is designated as a non-smoking accommodation and is equipped with smoke detectors.
Outside, you’ll find a garden with a lawn for sunbathing, patio furniture, and a grill.
For children, there’s a sandbox, a swing, and a playground. The property is fully fenced and offers private parking. Its central location makes our house the ideal starting point for a wide range of activities on the Eider Peninsula—such as biking, kitesurfing, hiking, or simply relaxing.
It’s about 7 kilometers to the sea on foot or by bike. Various attractions such as the Westerhever Lighthouse, the sophisticated town of St. Peter-Ording with its endless beaches and kitesurfing spots, the Eider Barrage, and the Multimar-Wattforum in Tönning, as well as “Little Amsterdam” Friedrichstadt are all within a radius of about 20 km. The distance to the train station is 500 meters, and restaurants and shopping are about 3 kilometers away.
