The instructions for arriving and entering the apartment were concise. All needs were met promptly. The location was perfect and close to food, entertainment, and the university. The management took care of our every need. We would definitely stay there again.

If your primary reason for visiting Eugene is to attend an event at Hayward field....this is the place for you! Although you can hear the renters on the other side of the duplex, you still can't beat the location. The rental was clean, well kept, and provided coffee. Would definitely rent again!

We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more.

Close to the University and within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shop, small market and the best ice cream at Prince Pucklers! House is as advertised, beds are comfortable, we didn't cook, but kitchen seemed well stocked. Check-in and parking permit instructions were easy. Would stay again!

Walkable to campus, great to be able to cook, basic amenities like making your own coffee, tight accommodations for luggage/storage for week long trip. Not adequately stocked with TP and should have additional linens and towels based on length of stay. Parking should have been no problem, but even after obtaining permit park citation was still given (ultimately paid for by host). Overall good experience.

We were very happy with our stay at this cute little duplex that is just a couple of blocks from University of Oregon. The kitchen is small, but works great. There is no dining area or table. Just some small pull-up tables that work really well. It was nice to be able to stream our favorite tv shows and movies on the smart tv. Both bedrooms have queen beds that are very comfortable. The only issue we had was that the heating is two small wall heaters. When we got there the heat was off and the place was very cold. It took several hours to get the area warm. But once it gets warm it is easy to keep it that way. Would recommend this for a couple or a small family.

Property was as-advertised. It was well-kept, clean and in a fantastic location to the heart of the University of Oregon. We walked to Basketball Games and even Autzen Stadium. The beds were also really comfortable. Will definitely look this place up when we're in town again!

The property was just PERFECT! Comfy beds. Great living room and kitchen with everything you could need. The property was clean and smelled nice -- I felt very comfortable here. The check in/check out information and parking instructions were very clear and easy to follow. Parking was no problem at all - lots of room available on the street. Our family (there were three of us) went to visit our daughter at UO. This rental was exactly what we were looking for and the location is a big bonus. Not only being near the campus but be very close to several really good restaurants. We especially enjoyed getting up each morning and making the short walk for great coffee and pastries!

This two bedroom apartment is darling. Absolutely a fabulous location close to campus and fantastic places to eat/grocery shop. If you’re going during the warmer months, be aware there’s no AC in the bedrooms, only tower fans. The small window AC unit in the compact kitchen does cool the living room, but that’s about it.

It was wonderful nice little place for two. Couches a little uncomfortable and creaky but all in all it’s a lovely place to stay. Close to everything enjoyed out hike at the park very much. Beautiful safe neighborhood.
