Private home in a very nice neighborhood in Fishers, In. 2 bed room, 1.5 bath home, 2 story and fenced yard, 2 blocks from city park, quiet street, 3/4 acre treed lot. 2 outside patios with fire pit for cold nights. Off street parking, great outside lighting. No pets and no smoking. Firestick TV plus local TV channels.
Kitchen: Double door Ref., Microwave, smooth top electric range w/oven, Dishwasher, disposal, all pans, dishes, linens provided, coffee pat, toaster oven. Lots of cabinets and counter space and full food pantry. Eat in kitchen with laminate floors
Family Room: Conveniently located with kitchen. 47" flat screen tv, plus carpet, fireplace(gas). Desk, Printer, computer monitor(only), Recliner and reclining love seat.
Living room: 70" flat screen smart TV and surround sound. Firestick and 30 local over the air Tv channels, Vaulted ceiling, plush carpet, 2 recliners with full reclining sofa .
Bed rooms: 21" TV. King size bed, double door closets in both bed rooms, dressers in both bedrooms. Ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Twin beds in second bed rooms.
