HOUSE RULES:
1. Parties are not allowed on the property or inside of the home. All guests must be registered/disclosed.
2. No smoking or vaping allowed inside of the home.
3. Pet Policy (Dogs Only)
• Up to 2 well-behaved, house-broken dogs allowed.
• Dogs must not be left unattended outside.
• Dogs may be left alone inside only if they are calm and well-behaved (otherwise they must be crated).
• Do not use bath towels on dogs; please bring your own pet towels/blankets.
• Clean up all pet waste and keep dogs off furniture/beds unless you use your own protective covers.
• Any damage, stains or excessive cleaning will result in repair or replacement fees.
• Dogs must be on flea/tick prevention and kept under control to avoid neighbor disturbance.
Rules are strictly enforced and failure to obey house rules will result in eviction without a refund.

Very nice home, lots of space and care for guests. Very nice yard perfect for pets! Only wish was that the garage was usable since Indiana weather in March can be unpredictable.

This was a wonderfully relaxing place to stay. My girl and I enjoyed going to tea at The Cake Bake shop. We had plans to do more but the house was such a cozy environment we ended up staying in. We sat outside on the deck talking and hung out in the hot tub. It was really nice.
