New Kitchen and Kayaks! Our spacious, fully equipped waterfront beach house in Humacao welcomes you to the Caribbean with the accessibility and security of the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico. Enjoy a unique experience living right on a sandy beach, where the gentle sound of waves lulls you to sleep and will also greet you in the morning as the sun rises over the ocean. You'll love the huge balcony (12 x 50ft.) overlooking the ocean for breakfast, dinner, and watch the clear night sky over the water. When you are ready for activity, take the kayaks to the nearby islet, swim on the shallow beach supervised young children, hike up to El Morillo for a killer view, then get amazing fresh seafood - its a fishing village! The house has A/C in all 4 bedrooms and is located in a quiet, 2-mile sandy beach, yet you will be 10 minutes to world class golf, casino, restaurants; 20 min. from Fajardo for day-sailing to other islands, or take a kayak trip at the Phosphorescent Bay. 15 min. to surfing beach El Cocal. 10 minutes to Humacao Nature Preserve.

The beach view was excellent. We ate all of meals on the generous deck looking at the beautiful ocean view. The house was exactly as depicted in the photos. The a/c in the bedrooms worked well. The kitchen was well equipped. More tea towels and more wine glasses would have been appreciated.We would stay at this house again if we are in Puerto Rico in the future.

Great view and beach access! The house had all kinds of fun beach accessories like kayaks, snorkels and water shoes to use. Location was beautiful, views were spectacular.I took away one star for Couch and beds - they are not great; if you have back issues or are hoping to use the living room for rainy day movies, you wont be comfortable. Overall no regrets, place was great!

It was a pretty comfortable place. Had pretty much what we needed. A few little details that could have been better, like the refrigerator was not cooling enough, there were button missing on the stove. Just one TV in the whole house, was a little inconvenience because just a few were able to watch they want.
