Enjoy your own spacious home in a private gated community. Enter to a large family room area with new furniture, great WIFI and cable TV. The newly renovated large kitchen offers room for storage and vaulted ceiling with large dining table. There are two newly renovated master bedrooms with king size beds and private baths. A third bedroom now offers a king size bed. Also, a perfect retreat for the kids with three bunks (full on bottom, twin on top) and their very own TV (suggest bringing their favorite gaming system to plug in). In the backyard you will be in your very own private retreat with a covered porch that provides seating for 8 and spacious area for sunning in the chaise lounge chairs by the beautiful pool. Adventure awaits you as the Humacao Nature Reserve is right next door to the neighborhood. Take a small hike up El Morillo for stunning views or walk the beach to find lots of shells and sand dollars at Hidden Beach. If you are up for day excursions this home is the best location to hitch a ride on the ferry to Vieques or Culebra. Take a drive to El Yunque to see beautiful waterfalls and plants in America’s only rainforest. Lots of restaurants and stores near this home make it easy to plan a stress-free family vacation. The house was amazing!! Very spacious for our group, the pool was the highlight of the house and came with floaties. The house has everything you can think of and need during your stay, plenty of towels, toiletries, dishes, spices. We felt safe in the community, it was quiet & the most delicious empanadas were to the left of the community (1st restaurant when you exit ). The beach is walking distance but with all the sargassum we didn’t enjoy that and it stunk (this has no reflection on the house just sharing info). Annie is an awesome host and I would highly recommend this place!

The pool was a great hit! The house was comfortable, but kitchen was always very warm and was well stocked with all the things you need to feed 9. No ceiling fans. We had air conditioning in the bedrooms and family room. The house was in a great location to the places we visited. We had a Beach at the front of the property. Lots of seaweed right now, but that is expected at times. Restaurants close by and the food was delicious. I can see us going again!

House was just as pictured…. Host Annie was wonderful. …. House is in quiet location. As it was just what we needed. As our son had just recently passed away. The only thing I didn’t like was the locked closets in the bathroom. It just seemed creepy. Having a locked closet like that in the private bathroom area Most attractions are like 45 min to an hour drive
