Villa Panorama is a well designed and equipped house for larger groups. The view of Buck Island and the other Virgin Islands is spectacular, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The Villa is also showing its age and life as a rental property, and is in need of some investment in repairs and maintenance by the owner. A few notable items include loose coping tiles near the pool entry steps, a portion of the pool deck that has structurally failed, and a roof leak during a very heavy tropical downpour.

Views were fantastic. Road to property and Driveway would be a challenge to people not used to Island driving.House was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Pool and pool deck lights not working. Ceiling fan in one bedroom broken needs replacement. Shower head in rear bedroom clogged.Overall Great place. Would stay again.
