Perched in the hills of St. Croix’s exclusive East End neighborhood Grapetree, Twin View Terrace is surrounded by beautiful greenery, sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea on both the North and South shores, and a view of Buck Island. These spectacular views can be enjoyed from the pool deck and most of the windows of this beautiful Caribbean villa. Although the pool deck offers enough space and privacy to keep you blissfully occupied, access to soft sand beaches on the North and South shores are a short walk or drive away.
Elegant and colorfully decorated, this ranch style home features an open concept living with vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The main living area is at the heart of the villa which opens to the expansive pool deck. Plenty of seating for dining, drinking, and relaxing is readily available both inside and out. This villa comfortably hosts 8 guests with its four bedrooms: One king bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with en-suite, one queen bedroom with one separate bathroom and separate studio apartment with queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette.

This was one of the best VRBO’s our group has ever stayed in…and we travel A LOT!!! There was plenty of space, super comfortable beds, every amenity you could possibly think of…and it was VERY clean. And, the views are spectacular from either side of the HUGE deck There’s no doubt that when we return to St. Croix we’ll be staying HERE! The host was great and attentive…without being overbearing…and he was very thoughtful about making sure I had a wonderful birthday stay. Bottom line, this place is a 10/10! Don’t think twice…book it. You get sooooo much more than what you see…and what you see is truly ALL there.

John and Wendy are extraordinary super hosts! John's hospitality and kindness began well before we arrived in St. Croix. I chose this VRBO because of John's kind and thoughtful response when I requested to stay here. My emotions were raw due to grief, and his words were kind, comforting, and encouraging. You see, this trip was not an easy one because we were going to St. Croix to bury my mother. But John and Wendy made a lasting impression for us serving not only as hosts but concierge, from helping us reserve a taxi to the property, and friends, who prepared dinner for us for the first night. The lasagna was delicious and thoughtfully made with our diet restrictions in mind. John was easy to talk to and always accessible. He checked on us and sent encouraging messages. The property was clean, comfortable, organized and had everything we needed that it felt like home. The view from the property was breathtaking and allowed me to have a comfortable space each morning for meditation and contemplation, something a grieving person needs. I could not imagine staying anywhere on the island but here. Best of all, he was willing to accommodate a later check out given our circumstance and later flight. I am forever grateful to John and Wendy. by the end of the trip, no one wanted to go home. We came with grieving hearts and left with lifetime friends. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful 10-day stay over Christmas. The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. The deck is outstanding, and the pool is great. We loved the views on both sides. There are several beaches close by. Smugglers Cove was an easy walk. The stores are also very easy to get to. John was a great host and answered our texts very quickly. It was also nice to know he was close by. If we got back to St. Croix, we will stay here, hopefully for longer.

This property is a hidden gem. The owners are as well. The pictures don't do it justice. There are full ocean views on both sides of the deck, the house is clean and VERY spacious, A/C throughout, the kitchen is very large and FULLY stocked with all necessary pots/pans/utensils. All 4 rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and beautiful. Our family have been traveling for dive trips for the last 25 years, and this is the first home I felt like I could actually live in. John is an EXCELLENT host. Anything you need at any time and he is on the doorstep. A very good friend of mine died suddenly 5 days before we arrived. Needless to say, I was grieving quite heavily. The peace and serenity of having total privacy, sitting on the balcony, looking at the ocean and being cooled by the winds then star gazing at night really put my soul at peace. This place is magical and we cannot wait to return.
