A separate entrance leads into the approx. 27 square meter, bright one-room apartment. The room
has a fully equipped kitchenette (including stove, oven, fridge,
Nespresso machine, milk frother, toaster, kettle), a seating area, a queen-size bed for two
French bed for two people (1.40 m) and a television. The adjoining bathroom
bathroom is barrier-free with shower, WC, washbasin and washing machine. In the
outdoor area, a cozy outdoor seating area awaits you. The as good as new
equipped apartment has underfloor heating and parquet flooring.
