Villa Maria Beatrice is an ideal retreat for your dream holidays in Sardinia, and is located 1.5 km from the coast of
Quartu Sant 'Elena and from the long beach of the Il Poetto coast, a few kilometers from the beautiful beaches of Mari Pintau, Solanas and Villasimius, adjacent to the Sa Tanca Golf Club, 2km from the tourist port, tennis club, bars, ice cream parlors, market, restaurants and pizzerias, post office, pharmacy and essential services and finally a few meters from the bus stop.
You can reach Cagliari, visit museums and shops in just 15 minutes by car and in 10 minutes you can reach the Diverland water park, fun for adults and children.
For horse lovers the possibility to make excursions to
horse in the wonderful park of Molentargius where you can also admire the many pink flamingos.
The villa consists of 3 large double bedrooms where you can add 2 single beds and possibly two cots, two bathrooms with Jacuzzi and shower, a very large living room, with TV dining area and comfortable three-meter sofa, the kitchen with table for 8 people with sofa in front of a large fireplace where you can cook.
Equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi connection, coffee machine, fresh and sparkling water machine with purifier, microwave, 2 hairdryers, linen, towels, kitchen table linen, beach towels.
All rooms are temperature controlled, safe.
There is a laundry, bathroom and shower.
In front of the villa there are 1000 square meters of garden with a green lawn, barbecue and 7x4 gazebo all set up for dining outdoors.

We have rented several houses before, but the Villa Maria Beatrice was by far the best house !!!. The house was fully furnished with an attention to detail. The equipment was very well maintained and in very good condition. We were with 5 adults for a week in the villa and could enjoy the large garden very much.
Communication and support by Amelia was perfect, fast & very easy.
Again - Villa Maria Beartrice is great so that we always can recommend a stay.

Stayed in Sardinia for 7 days and had a wonderful time using Amelia’s home as our home base. Really thoughtful host who was friendly and commutative. House had every amenity you could want and more. Loved the massage jet bath tub! Couldn’t have asked for a better home or host. Thank Amelia!
