Though it has a rustic exterior and a camping vibe, the interior boasts updated decor with bright, cheerful colors and all the modern amenities you need for ultimate comfort. This cottage shares a waterfront and a boat dock with another small cottage and a main house, only 75 feet from the shore. They can be rented individually or by larger groups who are interested in the whole compound. The property faces west, so you'll revel in stunning coastal sunsets with lake views. Be sure to listen for the loons!
Lakeview Cottage is the perfect Midcoast destination, as it sits less than 35 miles from shopping and dining in Bangor and Bar Harbor, and from the ultimate outdoor experience in Acadia National Park!
The two other homes on the property, Sunset Point Cottage and Lake Time Cottage, may be rented as well; all three can be rented as Lakeside Cottages on Toddy Pond.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cozy and well appointed cottage with everything you need for a quiet getaway. Almost everything is brand new, the bed is very comfortable. I hadn't slept that good in months. Easy to find and close to some quaint towns with great restaurants. Acadia is close enough for day trips. The docks is perfect for morning coffee or a late afternoon drink. Also great for star gazing on a clear night!
