About this house rental
This beautiful property is high atop Bordeaux Mountain. All paved roads and easy entry into the driveway and property. The architecture is a blend of Caribbean and Mediterranean with New Orleans style courtyards. Tropical plants and inviting garden spaces encompass the property.
The villa is tastefully appointed. The pool and upstairs patio have amazing views. The great room upstairs is a wonderful gather spot for and features a 70 inch smart TV.
No refunds within 60 days of arrival. For family or weather emergencies you can purchase trip insurance through www.insuremytrip.com No refunds for tropical storms, hurricanes, or utility company power outages. We highly recommend trip insurance.
Owner and Property Manager assume no liability to renters if they choose to stay in house during a storm. The house may need to be secured if there is an approaching storm.
The price is based on the number of people who occupy the property. Nightly rate is based on a 1-4 occupancy. Each additional guest above 4 is charged a per person per nights fee. Please enter the correct TOTAL number of guests including children when booking the property. Only paying guests are allowed on the property.

Alta Vista was wonderful! Elian, property mgr, escorted us to the house after we got off the ferry and grocery shopped at Starfish market. The escort to the house was key as this house is not easy to find. Once there, the view, pool and hot tub are incredible! Great house for 3 couples due to the 3 large private rooms that are all en suite. House is gated so it felt very safe.
