About this house rental
Come enjoy our gorgeous dock on the Toogoodoo River! Sun yourself on our floating dock or enjoy the cool breezes under the covered portion. Recently renovated home with can’t miss sunset views and coastal theme. 3 bedrooms with a king, queen and triple bunk bed. Note: we are located about 30-45 minutes from downtown Charleston, SC. Near the beautiful sites, but far enough to offer peace and quiet. Not far from Edisto Beach and Kiawah Island. Middleton and Magnolia Plantations are within a 30 minute drive. Sleeps up to 8 with triple bunk and futon. Very quiet and peaceful and a perfect place to see a spectacular sunset!

AWESOME! House was great. Toogoodoo (sp?) river and dock were breathtaking. Very relaxing, and host was extremely pleasant and helpful!

The house was just as described. Private with a large lot. Woke up to the neighbor's rooster every morning. Perfect waterfront property, with a LONG deep water dock. The dock was amazing. Cool breeze all the time. Able to catch some crabs and watched the dolphins go by every day. Was a little disappointed that the kayak launch was no longer there, forcing us to carry our kayaks to the nearby boat ramp instead. But, it was not a big deal. The house was spacious for all of us, with lots of places to "hang out". The kitchen was spacious for more than one cook and was well stocked with lots of utensils. Bathrooms were updated and comfortable. The only drawback was the hanging barn door in the hall bathroom, which was not that private. Great TP BTW. Overall, we loved our stay and highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property, fufilled a lot of our needs for a work trip, the dock access was great!The primary/hallway bathroom door has a large gap and no lock, which made it inappropriate for a work trip and we had to block off the gaps to protect peoples' privacy. We did not see that in the photos when we were selecting this property. The codes regularly did not work for both doors. And the bunk beds are "child only" an adult cannot fit into the middle bunk.
