Welcome to Barbara Street! This home in the heart of Mt. Pleasant was completely renovated in 2023. When you step inside you find a beautiful open floor plan that connects the dining room, living room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and utensils. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

This home features 4 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs you will find the master bedroom down the hall with a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom downstairs and has access to a full bathroom in the hallway next to the large storage closet. Upstairs the two bedrooms share a full bathroom with a tub. The upstairs bedrooms are equipped with a queen bed and two twin beds. Additionally, there is a second living space off the kitchen downstairs equipped with a sleeper sofa. The washer and dryer are located in the second living space.

In the backyard you will find a beautiful large private deck. The deck has an outdoor dining table, a grill for cooking, and plenty of room to spread out. Relax and enjoy the wonderfully landscaped yard with a large 9 foot privacy fence. The backyard is anchored by a unique historic live oak tree that has grown uniquely since Hurricane Gracie in 1959.

Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay there again! The house is very nice and it’s in a great location. It’s a short drive to the beach and is not far from restaurants and grocery stores.
