The staff was amazing! They were very friendly and hospitable with excellent communication. The cottage was the perfect size and the back porch just steps from the water was beautiful! We love the little surprises that were waiting for us in our cottage. Also, the well-stocked snacks were great for the kids! We had a rental car and the location was great---no busy Charleston traffic, but close enough to get to the Historic District in a matter of minutes. We enjoyed visiting restaurants in Mt Pleasant (we were provided great recommendations from the staff). Isle of Palms and Sullivan's Island were an easy drive!
The only minor issue was that one vent had condensation that dripped onto the bathroom floor. But I'd prefer that over an AC that didn't work! No complaints from us!

This property was well maintained and convenient to many areas of Charleston. The rooms were spacious and well furnished. The screened porch was our favorite spot overlooking the harbor. The staff were wonderful and helpful at all times🙂

the location and view
bathrooms need renovations. windows were very dirty. beds and pillows were not comfortable. harbor dredging kept us awake every night.
