The view from the room was beautiful! We didn't miss a sunset from the balcony. Wish the hot tub had been a little nicer but that's out of Kenny's control.

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The Summit is not what it use to be. The Summit property could use a good pressure wash on walkways and area around pool. Toilet in area where the shower is was not flushing. Did not work after maintenance attempted to repair.
