Clean when we arrived & host answered questions quickly! We visited with our baseball team so compared to other condos there it was a little more upgraded & cleaner than some other ones we saw in the summit. The in unit washer & dryer were life savers washing baseball uniforms daily!! & when I was by myself without my husbands help with the tent the umbrella and chairs were great!!

If there’s going to be construction on site it should be advertised before payment is submitted. I was highly annoyed that I didn’t get to have the tranquility that I went for because you could constantly hear banging and metal table saws. Even down on the beach it was super loud. The property was good but the atmosphere was awful. If I knew it was under construction I would’ve went somewhere else. Very disappointed.
