Coffee and other consumable items are provided for up to 5 days - guests for longer stays will need to re-stock these items. Maximum of 5 guests. $5 per night extra guest fee for more than 4 guests. We do not have an ice machine - if ice is important to you, please pick up some on your way in. There is also ice for sale at the store downstairs, or Bikini Bobs (during the season). Maintenance may enter the room at any time for emergencies, such as Leaks in the building or pest control.
******This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and security deposit. We know security deposits are annoying, so to make it easier on you we have 2 options that you can choose between:
Option 1: Damage Waiver ($42) - Have a worry-free stay with coverage for up to $1500 for accidental damage (spills, breaks, mishaps) with no surprise charges. Just relax and enjoy your stay. Coverage up to 10 nights, +$2/day for longer stays, and provided by a third-party insurance company.
Option 2: Security Deposit ($1,000) - Refundable temporary hold that releases after your stay.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it's a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:
Early Check-in, if available: $20 per hour. Less than 1 hour there is no charge, if available.
Late Check-out, if available: Noon check-out, $50.

We loved Sheliaâs condo for our beach stay ! It had everything our family needed to feel right at home ! She was super responsive when I had questions or concerns. I would definitely stay here again .

We had a wonderful stay overall! Sheila was an exceptional host. Her communication was outstanding from booking through checkout. She was responsive, proactive, and provided everything we needed before we even had to ask.The condo is on the 8th floor with breathtaking beach and sunset views. It's also conveniently located near the elevator and trash chute, which made coming and going very easy. The kitchen was one of the best-stocked vacation rentals I've stayed in with pots, pans, utensils, a toaster, blender, dish soap, sponges, and more. We only needed to bring groceries. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, and beach toys available, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the two pools were great. My daughter especially loved the poolside movie night.The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that there was visible mold/mildew in parts of the bathroom ceiling area in the shower room. I'm very sensitive to mold, so I noticed the indoor air quality right away, although it may not affect everyone the same way. I also noticed the comforter consistently felt damp, which reinforced my concern about excess humidity in the unit. I shared photos with Sheila after our stay, and she responded immediately and professionally, letting me know she would notify the owners. I appreciate how she handled my concerns and hope the issue is resolved because otherwise we really enjoyed our stay.If the moisture issue is addressed, I would happily stay here again.

The condo was very nice and equipped with a lot of extras. We had an incident that occurred but was handle very quickly and fairly with the property owner.
