Simon's home is amazing,the location is great,the house exceeded our vision.It was very beautiful,clean and Simon our host responds sooo fast to any questions,Thank you simon for such a hidden gem and answering any and all questions.He's truly amazing and his home is too.Book it,you wont regret it.

Everything was just as advertised. Cozy and comfortable. The kitchen looked totally remodeled and even had a sink just like my own. Stove and microwave were new and the bed was quite comfortable. The location fit well with my needs, as it is close to some renowned birding spots. I was very pleased, and highly recommend Simon as a host.

Air conditioning was loud,fan never shut off. The filter was extremly dirty but the home was clean except the floors were vaccumed but not mopped. The home had all the amenities of comfort very cute and was greatly appreciated. Easy arrival and departure.
