About this house rental
This charming "Blue Jay Bungalow" is a classic 1940's 2 story (plus lower level) 3-bedroom house with a delightful covered side porch with seating, and upstairs porch above it. This wonderful property boasts a large private yard, surrounded by woods and a trampoline and swing set for the kids plus a patio for outdoor dining with small BBQ grill and a fire pit area. There is plenty of parking and a vintage two car garage. The bedrooms upstairs provide a queen bed; 2 twin beds; full bed (crib mattress in closet available) in that room... perfect for families or groups of friends. With amenities like free Wifi, AC, full stocked kitchen, large dining room and a washing machine and dryer on the lower level, guests can enjoy a pleasant stay. The second full bath is on the lower level along with a second kitchen area but it is not a furnished space. The 2 and 1/2 bathrooms offer showers, a tub, hair dryers and amenities for convenience. The comfortable living room is perfect for gathering with the only TV in the home, plus the attached room is perfect for games, cards or puzzles at the table with a chalkboard ready for your children's creations.
Only 1 mile east takes you to a quaint hometown restaurant, Ari and Mia's, in the little downtown of Miamitown where you can explore the antique stores and shops, and 1 mile west stop in at the Red Barn Farm circa 1840 for farm fresh eggs. A close drive to I-275 will conveniently take you anywhere you need to go in the greater Cincinnati area. A little further west down Harrison Pike will take you to the historic town of Harrison Ohio, named after 9th President of the USA, William Henry Harrison.

The driveway is gravel and very steep at the beginning
but there is plenty of room to park near the house.
Use caution when exiting driveway as road is curvy and hard to see traffic.

Kitchen is set up fine. Plenty of parking. Great location for anything Miamitown. We stayed with 4 adults property was fine. The owner/property mgr was VERY responsive to our questions. Thank you. There was a beautiful sunrise from the front porch. The driveway is rough. 105 degrees & on a turn in the road. Bring your all-wheel drive.

The house is older but is very lovely. Plenty of space. A lot of extra stuff included which is nice. My only complaints was the trampoline and swing set were kind of unusable due to the overgrown grass for the whole yard and potential poison ivy around the slide. The trampoline also has a small hole in it and sits on a hill. Due to it being summers the ants were crazy on the side porch where the grill is, with ants also being in our sink. Lastly, during summer, bring fans because otherwise the upstairs is way too hot. Not necessarily the owners fault as they responded very quickly and even had a technician come out and look at the AC unit. It’s just an older house and the days we were there, it was mid 90’s. Overall this house is great and would be perfect in the fall/winter/spring

Not clean lots of bugs including ants near kitchen sink. Front door was not locked basement wasn’t usable no bed and the bathroom wasn’t clean or operating. Upstairs bath was not clean bugs on the floor and the bathtub would not drain for 15 minutes after shower. Owner was nice on the phone but with our crazy situation we felt we just had to live with the conditions. Peoples cloths in closets doors not able to be closed
