Property was as advertised. House was clean and very comfortable. Owner was very responsive. We did not have any issues with the property. We enjoyed our stay while visiting family and will stay again!

This was a wonderful place for my family as we visited my daughter for Xavier family weekend. We appreciated so much being able to bring our two small family dogs, and also the ability to let them play in the fenced yard. I particularly loved the details of the appliances and the fixtures, but the most fun was the Bluetooth speaker bathroom fan. Ultimately, it was a great place, and had everything we needed.

Place was perfect for 3 guys attending a Beard Competition in Kentucky. Just a couple of things needs new outside furniture and screens fixed other then that would stay again.

We booked this house knowing that there was only one bathroom, but we assumed there would be mirrors in bedrooms. There wasn’t one single mirror in the entire house besides the bathroom, which made it hard for a group of 6 to all get ready. There were only 4 washcloths and towels and zero washing liquid to help with that, so we went and bought some. When we went outside to play in the backyard with our kids there was a tarp on the roof and junk wood under the porch. It took as about three tries every time we left to get the door locked because the door and facing didn’t match up. The kids loved the PlayStation, but the adults would have loved it more if it would have been located in a bedroom instead of on the main tv. The screened in porch was fabulous!
