Beautiful house located in the Llafranc Lighthouse area in a very quiet residential zone.
The house belongs to a complex of 8 houses with a swimming pool and communal garden where you can enjoy peace and tranquillity.
This house is distributed over two floors and has a capacity for 6 people.
It consists of a porch and private garden in addition to the garden and swimming pool of the community area.
It has a beautiful furnished terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun. Living room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer).
It has 1 room with a double bed (150x190cm) and 2 rooms with two single beds (90x190cm). 2 bathrooms with shower. *All bedrooms have Air Conditioning* included in the price.

The villa & grounds were gorgeous - the pictures don’t do it justice! The pool was lovely & pretty quiet when we were there. The location is great - 25 minute walk into Llfranc but up a very big hill on way back with no lighting. You’ll need a car if you have kidsmobility issues. Parking is on the street round the corner (1 minute walk) but you can load & unload right outside. Be aware that air conditioning is only in the bedrooms & subject to an extra daily charge & extra charges for towels & sheets. Kitchen is well stocked for crockery & pans. All in all this a great place for families & so close to an array of brilliant beaches. All communication were easy.
