The rental unit is on the second level of the home requiring guests to climb stairs. The host lives full time on the first level with a 10 year old delightful, fun loving lab/golden mix named Tessa.

We loved Karen’s place!! My husband and I stayed for a weekend to enjoy the fall colors and Karen’s apartment was exactly what we needed. A great water view, a comfortable bed, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable furnishings and nicely decorated. Very close to town and in a nice, walkable neighborhood. Everything was exactly as described and pictured. We loved the extra touches like the provided Starbucks coffee and chocolate! We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely stay there again.

Karen is an amazing host!I made an error in the dates I booked for her place, and that error caused a big last minute scramble for her. She went above and beyond to help us find another place for the night. Really amazing host. I was overwhelmed with her kindness!
