Top floor has master bedroom with king bed and ceiling fan, walk in closet, double vanities. Guest bedroom with private bath sleeps two. Laundry adjacent to bedrooms. Ground floor has bonus room with sofa that pulls out to full size bed, full bath, and attached 2 car garage. This stunning townhouse has wood floors, designer cabinetry and granite counters, security system, cable television and internet. You'll never need to fight for a parking space. Walk or bike anywhere: Just a short walk to Petoskey's downtown shops and restaurants, marina, swimming, tennis courts, fishing, & Bear River Valley Recreation Area. Located just off the Little Traverse Wheelway, you can bicycle/walk/rollerblade the paved, 26-mile trail, which leads through beautiful parks, elegant Bay Harbor, Great Lakes Center for the Arts, the waterfront, and historic Bay View all the way to Harbor Springs.

Ideal location to walk everywhere and enjoy all Petoskey has to offer. Very nice accommodations, although lots of stairs and a bit limited on kitchen supplies. Only other suggestion is to get mats under area rugs, as floors are very slippery and rugs all posed serious tripping hazard.

Beautiful home in perfect location. Best view of Mi sunset from master bedroom. bike trails right out front door. Short walk to town. Nicest rental I have ever had.
