Beautifully decorated, spacious, amazing views, great host communication, quiet beach not overly crowded despite being very close to public beach. Large outdoor deck was fantastic. Bedrooms are large, beds and linens extremely comfortable but no dressers. Large tvs in every room. Great water pressure in showers. Master bathroom sink pressure should be addressed. In unit washer/dryer convenient. Walking distance to grocery store, surf shop, and several restaurants. No bike rack. Only 6 units so pool feels private. Beach shower is in the sand so that isn’t ideal, should be paved but looks new so that may be coming. Kitchen is fully stocked. Unit has separate ice maker and water filter in fridge. The only drinkware not in the kitchen that would be a nice add are insulated yeti-style cups so had to purchase those. There’s a large beach cooler in the storage room but a smaller collapsible cooler would be nice. The beach closet is fully stocked with nice beach chairs and a few beach toys. There was not a tent but we brought our own. There is not an elevator, unit on second floor, lots of stairs. Wasn’t bad but could be an issue for some. Check-in smooth. There are several codes which was tricky but communication was outstanding and resolved quickly even at midnight when we arrived. Starter packs are just that. Nothing else left over (trash bags, plasticware, etc.) so you have to buy/bring all that. Would highly recommend as nicest unit overall we've had on AMI. Wonderful stay!

We just returned home from an amazing vacation. The room was exactly as described and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. The condo was clean, very well equipped and the location/views were amazing!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, and we especially enjoyed watching the ocean every day from the living room. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.The kitchen was exceptionally well equipped. The cast-iron skillet was a pleasant surprise, and the cookware was truly nonstick, making meal preparation easy. We also loved the ice maker at the coffee bar, a small touch that made a big difference during our beach days.The storage unit was stocked with everything needed for a day at the beach, which was incredibly convenient. The condo is close to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Anna Maria Island has to offer.We would definitely stay here again. We hated to leave and will miss the beauty of the island and the stunning ocean views. Looking forward to our next visit!Rating:

First the pros. Directly on beach, updated condo w/some high end finishes, beautiful view from living room (except when your neighbors are out on their porch looking into your condo)! Parking is next to stairs. Beach towels for use. Luggage racks provided.
Now the cons. The listing was very inaccurate!! There are 4 sets of stairs with no stringers getting up to this condo (prepare for a hike with heavy luggage). Not suitable for disabled, elderly or really small kids and should be in the listing. I had to carry bags up and down for an elderly couple that checked in near us. We couldn’t get in when got there after a full day of travel as our code didn’t work and I had to call emergency service! The pool is NOT HEATED. We paid exorbitant prices for this property vs. others with no pool specially FOR the heated pool AND IT IS NOT HEATED! The condos around us had actual heated pools, you could see the steam rolling off them. Ours was 50 degrees. What’s worse - I was given an excuse about how pool heaters work. Had it been heated before we got there, even when it was cool outside it would’ve already been warm. Two people cannot shower at the same time in this condo or you don’t have hot water, making it very inconvenient for family of 5 to get ready at the same time. No dressers provided, so we couldn’t unpack for a 9 day stay. Their are luggage racks and hangers so we made due. Master has one closet with shelves. All games are missing pieces. The kitchen is bare bones equipped for cooking in comparison to properties we’ve stayed at before which is over a dozen now. There were no basic comfort items left there at all like salt and pepper, coffee, laundry pods, etc (this is not a deal breaker just letting you know to prepare to buy EVERYTHING and it’s inconvenient when you get in late with a big family). We left everything there that we purchased, hopefully they will leave it for the next guests to be a little more comfortable. No laundry basket provided for washer/dryer so you’re carrying clean clothes over sandy floors at the entrance of condo to find somewhere to fold them. They put thought into the decor/design for photos but not the actual guests and what they might need to be comfortable staying there which is short term rental 101. The company managing it is doing best w/what they have and is very responsive. They get 5 stars but the property itself, I won’t book here again. First time ever writing that! We OVERPAID for an inaccurate listing.
