This gorgeous villa is divinely located beach front in one of the most beautiful resorts in Puerto Peñasco (Rocky Point). The resort has been recently renovated with a new infinity pool pacing the endless ocean. Our villa is conveniently located a few steps away from the pool area where you can relax and have a couple drinks in the pool bar or got to the jacuzzi. The resort also has a great pool area for children to play all day in. Most impressive is the fact that you will be literally one step away from the ocean and its glistening sands.
Our villa has everything you need to make your vacation unforgettable. You will be able to witness some of the most incredible sunsets right in front of your patio or rooftop deck.
If that is not enough you are just a few minutes away from everything the town has to offer: other beaches, four wheeling in the dunes, bars, top rated restaurants, shopping and so much more.

Always love staying in the Las Palmas villas!! These houses are older but still great! Love having our own garage and there is no substitute for Real Beach front on the back patio!! Communication was great, ownership was very accommodating, and the house met all our expectations and many memories were once again made! Grandkids always live the water slide and spend hours there everynight. Loved having our own grill for cooking. Plenty if room for the whole family day or night.The Villas are definitely my favorite place in Rocky Point to stay with the whole family! I was a bit disappointed in the cleaning prior to our arrival and a few minor maintenence things that I easily fixed. I did leave a big tip for the cleaner when we left in hopes of paying it forward! Thanks for an amazing week in your Villa!! We will be back.

Property was easy to find comma locations, great, right in front of the beach. It was nice at the pool was warm. All in all a good place to stay for a long weekend for us.

The Villa itself was spectacular! Amazing views, no struggle communication with property owner.Didn’t like: there’s NO direct beach access, which was the whole point of us renting the villa. You have to walk all the way around to reach the beach. It’s a burden if you want to set up in the beach. Shower water faucets, mixed up (hot/cold water), so one shower wasn’t used the first night.Bad WiFi connectivity. Couldn’t connect TVs or electronics. Then when finally connected, the internet lagged.Some of the property security, were pretty rude.Also, if more than one family renting, and it’s a busy time, there may be a parking issues. Want really out case this time, BUT good to know if decide to rebook (not sure). Really hated the fact that you can’t just walk out directly to the beach from the villa.
