- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors
-Please note there is 1 security camera located in the front door.
-Parking in driveway for 4 car max. Street parking allowed: YES
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

The house was just the right sze for my family of 14, my children spouses, and grandkids. The kids loved the bunk room and foam pit great play area for kids to be out of the way. Everyone loved the pool, ecept it was quite cold, but the air was hot so you were not cold when you got out. Bedrooms were nice big comfy beds for eryone! A few things in the bathrooms need to be addressed but mostly minor. Overall it was a great house for our large group we had a great time and built some lasting memories! Thank you.

Booked this house for a family trip to the Rangers spring training and they really hit it out of the park!! The listing was spot on and the entire process was seamless. The kids playroom was a huge hit and the house was so cute, clean, and plenty of room for our group of 17! Highly recommend for any large group or family event.
