The house is not far from Little Buffalo State Park which features a public pool, lake (with kayak, pedal boat, and canoe rentals), hiking trails, and playgrounds with pavilions for picnics, plus a great creek to play in and explore.
Stop at the local farm markets, antique shops, cafes, and wineries.

The property is secluded but does have two beautiful farms as neighbors. Situated in a rural area, about 10 min to the nearest town with grocery & gas.

1) This property is non-smoking. If evidence of smoking is discovered, a $250 per day fee will be assessed
2) There is outdoor surveillance for the safety and security of guests and for the property.
3) Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am, please follow the local noise ordinance and be respectful of the neighbors.
4) No fireworks on the property
5) No unauthorized parties or events
6) No pets allowed at the property.
7) Please specify the accurate guest count and notify us if that number changes as extra guest fees plus Airbnb taxes and fees apply.
8) All day time visitors must be registered and included in the guest count.
9) Please remember to thoroughly check all your belongings before leaving. If you forget something and want it shipped back to you, we can do that for $35.
10) No inflatable swimming pools are allowed on the grass because they can damage the grass. Slip and slides are allowed, but you can`t use soap. After using the slip and slide, it should be removed and not left in one spot on the grass for more than 8 hours.

I love this house made great memories with my kids and grandkids we got some things at a market that was close to house.We stayed at house played pool cornhole had a fire it was great

The house was beautiful and had everything u could have needed we injoyed hot tub playing pool having dinner at a big table the coffee bar was awesome very peaceful and I really loved all the Bible verses throughout the house.Thank you for the best mini vacation ever

Universally felt this was the cleanest, best equipped, best floor plan we have ever stayed in. Tons of fall fun outside and time to explore some of PA treasures.
