This is a studio unit next to a house with a separate entrance and this unit does not have access to the pool located at the back of the main house.

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

Pembroke Pines Mall and other retail hubs are just a short drive away, providing ample opportunities for shopping, entertainment, and dining. The neighborhood has a laid-back vibe but is well-connected to nearby attractions and larger city areas.

The neighborhood offers a quiet and relaxed environment while being close enough to the bustling parts of Pembroke Pines and nearby cities.
Getting Around:
Car: The most convenient way to get around, with ample parking and well-maintained roads.
Bus: Local buses provide affordable public transport connecting Pembroke Pines with surrounding areas.
Ridesharing: Uber and Lyft are widely available for convenient door-to-door service.
Biking: The neighborhood has bike-friendly paths, ideal for short commutes or leisurely rides.

Other Things to Note:
➤ My place does come with heating and A/C, but I can't promise you'll hit that comfy spot if your ideal temp is below 17 or above 25 degrees Celsius. And, you know how it is with short-term rentals – folks are always coming and going. So, I can't guarantee a flawless run all the time because, truth be told, some guests tend to go overboard and push the systems to the point where repairs are needed.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
