The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Just right location to relax at a nice, quiet stretch of beach, condo is clean with a pleasant view. A few brand new kitchen appliances this year too.

The condo is well located with beautiful views and steps from the beach. The condo was not the cleanest. But We have stayed at far worse at the Homestead condos. Bathrooms were not the cleanest. Kitchen was reasonably equipped with dishes, glasses, a skillet, and a large stock pot, coffee maker, a few knives. Towels were minimal, no beach towels, and the pillows are just very flat and old. The cleaning products used included Febreze air freshener did air out except for pillows on bed. The washing machine and dryer are stacked together and the machine is very small, but still helpful for a few towels and clothes. Property manager was very friendly and answered my questions. Overall a great stay. Beds are comfortable, living room and dining were nice. The beach and lake are so beautiful.

A great location on The Homestead’s South Beach. The ground floor property sits high enough to see over the dunes, but only has a dozen steps or so to the front door. The unit is well-appointed, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The deck has plenty of chairs and offers a great view of amazing sunsets and night stars.
