As you head into the Ski Ranches, you're quickly greeted with a picturesque locals community. With winding roads, vast vegetation, and plenty of space between houses, the location ensures lots of privacy. The community, however, is not accessible by the Mountain Village car service, Dial-A-Ride, or the free gondola, so make sure you have transportation for the duration of your stay when choosing this optimal family oasis.
The open-concept living area is beautifully decorated complete with a custom, well-appointed kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a large, rustic dining table. There is a separate TV room and a large deck complete with a BBQ and several seating options, just in case you or your group would like to spend time outdoors. With a fresh, clean, rustic, farmhouse-chic vibe, the only trouble you may have with this property is having to leave.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Gorgeous home just outside of downtown Telluride. Gondola located just down the street and was a nice amenity when we didn’t feel like driving into town. Home is beautiful! Pictures don’t do it justice. Well equipped kitchen and the bathrooms had everything you need for a comfortable stay - shampoo, soaps, conditioner and hair dryer. Beautifully decorated and so sophisticated. We will definitely be back!

We have stayed in many properties around the world and this was one of our favorites. It is so well appointed. Comfy, cozy and classy. Just an all around wonderful stay. This was our third visit to Telluride. Once in town, once in Mountain Village and once here. We enjoyed this location the most. Don't let the location scare you away. It is a very short drive to the gondola that takes you to Mountain Village and then to town. But it felt like it was in a remote location in the woods away from the chaos of both town and the village. Just an all around awesome Stay. From this location we hiked Lizard Head, Swam in Trout Lake, Hiked Bear Creek and Bridal-veil Falls, Visited Ouray and Ridgewood, Hiked to Blue Lakes near Yankee Boy Basin. So much to see and do in that area, and ending the day on the deck at this property was just perfect. We will be back soon!
