About this house rental
This bungalow of 70 sqm ground floor was originally a barn.
Renovated in 2004, it can accommodate 4 people and includes 2 bedrooms each with a bathroom / WC, a mezzanine, a living room with a seating area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Facing south, the terrace of 40 m² accessible from the living room and two bedrooms has a barbecue and a dining area.
A recently built swimming pool (2008) measuring 6m x 4m and 1.40m deep, will allow you to cool off during the period from May to September.
The terrace and the secure swimming pool are located in an enclosed green area of approximately 200 m².
Parking is available just in front of the house.
A connection by wifi allows you to connect inside and outside.
The charm of this place is complemented by a particularly neat decoration that combines country stones and exposed beams.
From the terrace offers you a magnificent view of the vineyards of Berlou.
