With on-site amenities that include gated entry, a sparkling blue swimming pool and hot tub, a grill area, the entire family will enjoy a memorable beach vacation! Wide paved sidewalks provide an easy walkway to the beach access just across the street. The area's best boutique and outlet shopping is just around the corner along with a wide variety of restaurants and eateries. Boating, fishing, water parks, golfing, night life and entertainment are all nearby.
Enjoy gulf views from the balcony! “Fresh and comfortable” describes this beautifully furnished Alerio condo with hardwood floors and trendy decor. The living area offers plenty of cushy seating for everyone, a 65" smart TV, and access to the balcony and outdoor seating. The gourmet kitchen is complete with Amana stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a meal for everyone. This includes a 5.8 QT air fryer, Keurig coffee machine, milk frother, and 6 QT Instapot. There is seating at the dining table for six, and additional barstool seating.
The master suite offers a king bed, generous closet space, and leads to the master bath which is nicely appointed with a double sink granite vanity, soaking tub, and separate tiled shower. There is a guest bedroom with a queen bed, and an additional guest bunk room with 2 full beds. Each bedroom is outfitted with an HDTV and a DVD player. The second bathroom is conveniently located and offers a bathtub/shower combination. For your convenience there is a stackable washer/dryer, and wifi is complimentary. There is also beach service that includes two chairs and an umbrella with D302!

*There is only ONE parking pass allowed per unit - complex management rules, no exceptions. Close-by, off-site pay to park is available at Geronimo RV Park of Miramar Beach (0.4 mile). Guests will need to contact GRVP for their availability and pricing.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Location was good, right across the street from the beach. The property manager was good, we needed a new broom and dustpan while we were there and they got it to us in hours. Overall the stay was pretty good. Most of the issues we encountered were out of the control of the owner or manager. I would suggest adding some towel racks, especially in the bathrooms to hang them up. The shower heads are terrible and barely have any water pressure. Took my wife and kids almost 30/40 minutes for every shower just so they could get all the soap out their hair. The 2 guest bedrooms needs dressers or armoires or somewhere better to put clothing besides a night stand and tv console. The kitchen is decently stocked but if you need spices or condiments make sure you bring them. Didn’t even have salt and pepper. The worst part of the trip for us, and I should have known better having stayed in these condos before, the walls are paper thin! There were young children above us who woke us up every morning at 6am running from one side of the condo to the other. Then again from 11-12 at night. I don’t think they ever slept. You can hear normal volume conversations from the left and right neighbors too. If you stay here make sure it’s a corner unit on the 4th floor or plan on not getting any sleep

Across the street from the beach, easy access, gated/safe condo complex, walking distance to shops/restaurants/outlet mall, safe area. Clean condo, spacious, and well stocked with kitchen appliances and the ocean is viewable from the balcony.

The condo was nice for the price. It was not clean. It appeared clean but there were sticky spots on floor, sand on floor and mold in shower. The condo must not have been insulated well because you could hear people in adjacent condos (beside and above). Above neighbors let their children run and it literally shook our ceiling.
