HOUSE RULES:
We want you and all of our guests to have a comfortable and enjoyable stay here in Destin. In order for that to happen we require you to read thoroughly and agree to the following house rules WITHIN 48 HOURS OF YOUR BOOKING. This ensures that if you are unable to follow the house rules, you, our guest, will have the option of cancelling the booking penalty free as we have a Strict Cancellation policy.
- Maximum capacity is 6 Guests.
- When booking your stay you will please indicate the number of guests who will be staying. No more than originally stated will be allowed. This means if you book for 6 guests no more than 6 guests will be allowed.
- Guests are not to invite others to the home. This will be considered hosting a party and parties are not allowed. (Exceptions for long term rentals on a case by case basis)
- No smoking in the house, on the balcony, or within 15 ft. of the front entryway. This includes vaping. Medical Marijuana is also not to be SMOKED on the premises.
- We understand that accidents happen. But we do require that you let us know when they do. Do not wait until check out.
- We provide basic kitchen necessities for your convenience but the washing of dishes is not covered in our cleaning fees. You will kindly wash your dishes.
- No pets are allowed on the premises.
- Do not run the AC if windows and doors are left open.
- Do not rearrange the furniture.
- No children under 6 on the top bunk. Weight limit for top bunk is 200 lb.
- If guests are suspected of carrying or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
- PARKING: There is one designated parking space for our unit. You are also welcome to use unmarked spaces, but please be careful not to park in other units assigned spaces. If you are parking boats or trailers there is short term parking by the tennis court. Please let us know in advance if this is the case.
For your awareness, a security camera is placed on the front porch for additional security.

This is an upstairs unit. A/C worked GREAT! The location was very convenient. It is located towards the back of the complex, but right across from the pool, and is only a short walk to the beach access. Having 2 bathrooms with teenage girls was wonderful. The large shower in the master was nice, but the doors did want to come off the tracks a few times, so just be gentle. The decor was very cute and the living room was quite comfortable to enjoy some relaxation in the A/C. There were some fix-ups that needed to be done, but being new to VRBO, I am sure they will improve over time. The kitchen had several dishes but quite empty in the fact that there were no spices or grilling utensils. Those would be a nice add-on. Having a washer and dryer really was a nice draw to this place, as we were packing light. However, the dryer did not work well at all. It heated up fine but would not dry clothes. It took several hours with back to back attempts to dry the smallest of clothes. Staying there for a week, we needed to wash the towels and washcloths, plus beach towels so I made a couple of trips to the laundromat before everyone was up and around so we could have fresh linens. Check-in was easy. We did not need to contact anyone during our stay. I didn't feel that these items were a huge issue, just inconvenience. I would recommend staying here. The complex is family friendly and pretty quiet.

We stayed 2 nights, the condo was comfortable and as described in the listing. The proximity to the beach was amazing and there were plenty of options for food, groceries and entertainment nearby. The check in process was smooth and the hosts were great communicators! Would book again for future visits!
