HP’s Rooftop is a luxury beach home that is one of the best beach homes on Tybee Island. Large pool with double shallow ledge, corner lot, Cafe’ appliances, expansive yards, elevator, chewy ice machine, beverage fridge, beach gear provided, propane grill, ping pong table, downstairs restroom/off pool… and so much more! You won’t be disappointed in your vacation destination!!!

Constructed in 2021, the home features 2500 sf with 4 bedrooms with an additional bunk area with 4 twin beds for the kiddos!!
Floor one is the garage area with parking for two cars and access to the pool. This is the elevators first stop! There is an outdoor shower and half bath by the pool so no need to run upstairs with the kiddos to use the restroom!! The pool has a large sun-ledge for little kiddos to sit and splash! Ping pong table and dartboard in the garage for competitors!
The pool does have a heated option. Cost to heat from April - October at $125 per night. $150 to $175 per night November - March. If the temp is forecasted to drop below 50 degrees at any point during the stay, a minimum of $150 a night will be charged.
Floor two consists of the master bedroom (King) with expansive glass door/wall shower. Off the master is the open bunkroom featuring 4 twin beds. Also on floor two is the laundry area and two additional queen bedrooms. The queen bedrooms share a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The second story of the elevator is also partnered with an internal spiral staircase starting on level two that travels to level three.
Floor three consists of a large open floor plan encompassing the dining room, living room, and custom kitchen that’s and entertainer's dream. The fourth bedroom (King) is off the kitchen and shares a full bathroom with the living area. The kitchen has custom CAFE appliances that features a wine cooler and a chew ice machine. There is an electric fireplace for those cold nights on Tybee also! This is the elevators final stop!
Level four is a rooftop deck with AMAZING views of the back river, lighthouse in the distance to the south, and amazing sunrise and sunset views!
No expense was spared in the construction of this beautiful home. It’s a must see to appreciate.

Such a beautiful house! Tons of space and awesome outdoor area too. The host was great and super responsive. We would highly recommend and would love to stay here again if we come back to Tybee!

We had an amazing time. The house was perfect. The pool was great for everyone. We loved the elevator. The house was super clean, plenty of space, beautiful kitchen and it was fully equipped. 5 blocks to the beach so we rented a golf cart but we loved the quiet street.

We planned our trip two months in advance. I used Vrbo several times and have had good experiences. I was a disappointed this time. We chose this destination because me and my husband were there 12 years ago and enjoyed it. We brought our friends this time. The house we stayed at was very nice. The part that dropped my opinion was the fact that we were not informed of the “Orange Crush” event that was going on that weekend. They had the streets shutdown. Businesses closed because of this. We could not go anywhere because everything was shutdown. We couldn’t rent bikes or golf carts or stroll along the beach. If we would have tried to go to Savannah to visit, it would have taken 3-6 hours to get back that would normally be a 15-30 minute ride. We drove from IL to Tybee to get away and do some sight seeing. I just thought we should have been given the option to reschedule or cancel without a penalty. We didn’t find out what the Orange Crush was about and what happened last year until we talked to a few of the neighbors where we stayed. Everyone we talked to told us that the landlord should have informed us of this situation.
