House was very nice and clean - just as described. Water pressure was great, hot tub was great. Cable TV did not work but TV was logged into Disney and Netflix from prior guest so Thankful we had plenty to watch. House had everything we needed. - Ice makers in Freezers were great. Location was great. Would rent again at this location.

The house was spacious, nicely decorated, and clean. It is very close to a restaurant with an outdoor seating where a band played very loudly and could be heard inside the house. The kitchen was stocked with a good assortment of pots, pans, etc., but many of the pieces needed to be replaced due to normal use damage and/or being super cheap to start with. The only other comment is that after staying at many rental houses, we had become accustomed to finding things like basic spices (salt & pepper), clothes detergent, coffee filters and extra paper towels. These very inexpensive items were missing and so we had to purchase them for our stay. These items are not “required” but are very nice to have.
