- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.

- No air conditioning. All units include at least one fan.
- Dog friendly, 1 dog max 60lbs weight limit – $50 per night pet fee.
- A $500 damage deposit will be charged to credit card at check in.
- Parking: 3 outdoor spaces total - guests do not have access to the garage.
- Please Note: A four-wheel drive vehicle is required November through May.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin just outside Breckenridge. The space was perfect for our group—plenty of beds and a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking easy and enjoyable. The location was ideal: close enough to town for quick trips to restaurants and shops, yet tucked away in a peaceful, scenic setting that felt like a true mountain escape. One morning, we even spotted a moose right outside the window—such a magical moment! Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and recharge in the Rockies.

We enjoyed our stay but not sure if we would book it again. The house is in a neighborhood in Blue River. The location is beautiful and the house is very nice and in a private setting.Pros: Very spacious main level. All 3 bedrooms were large and spacious. (Note that the bedroom with twins is a regular twin better suited for kids rather than anyone taller than 5’10 as your feet will dangle off)The loft actually has a small bedroom with two twins and another twin outside the room.Located 5 mins outside of Breckenridge.Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. Gas grill in the backLots out outdoor seating and tons of beautiful wildflowersCons: The outdoor area was very overgrown to the point where I cut some of the grass with scissors so we could use the outdoor space.The main level of the house is very dark even though the pictures look bright. It could really use some windows in the family room area. Master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. The mattress is hard and uneven.The overall house is very nice and spacious. It’s just needs a little TLC.

The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook and enjoy meals together. We especially loved relaxing on the front porch—it was the perfect spot after peaceful walks and nearby hikes. The location is serene yet convenient, and communication with the host was excellent. We’d happily stay here again!

Absolutely loved this house. Loved the size of the house, well stocked kitchen, GREAT location only 7 minutes from downtown Breck. AMAZING yard area; firepit, horseshoe game, back deck. Loved this place- most likely will be back!
