About this house rental
Seas The Moment (formerly Sandy Clam III) is a beautiful and spacious six-suite beach house in walking distance to our white sandy beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. All bedrooms have a TV and five are King Suites! You will feel like you can spread out and relax, no cramped spaces! There is also a bunk room that sleeps 6. Every bedroom has a full bath with a private entrance.
The house was completed in 2023 and is tastefully finished with large crown molding, beautiful flooring, modern furnishings, and gorgeous lighting. The gulf view bedrooms both walk onto the gulf deck, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze and a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. The tall ceilings and great accents create a pleasing ambiance to enjoy your Dauphin Island Beach Vacation.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.

The house was perfect for our large family. Love that there were bathrooms for every bedroom. Close walk to the beach. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The location and house were great. It was a quick walk to the beach!! The WiFi went out every night when we tried to watch TV. We tried restarting everything we could but we could never get the WiFi to consistently work. There was a stipulation in the rental agreement about not getting a refund for WiFi outages, so everyone knows it’s a possibility. I thought we would have consistent WiFi..but it is consistently bad WiFi.

This home was spacious and just perfect for our Happy Girl Getaway Mastermind! There were 8 pf us & we had just the right amount of space! The location was awesome for walking to the beach and to boutiques. We rented bikes and had a great time with those and kayaks and paddle boards!

Upon arrival the first thing we noticed was how everything is as the pictures show except the furniture is soiled with stains we used sheets to cover the furniture as it was embarrassing to see such dirty furniture in a beautiful home, the bathroom for the bunk room drain is very slow to drain maintenance came the next day which didn’t help it drained slow our entire trip, one of the rooms had a soiled tissue and stick stuff in the window sill, the stairs had hair on them the baseboards were dusty, trash bins were full we had to take them to be picked up the day of our arrival and they set outside all day the next day, there were only face towels in the downstairs bedroom 2 of 3. The chairs outside were broken my mother almost fell trying to sit in if it wasn’t for my husband and brother in-law being so close she could have been hurt. The TVs don’t all have remotes and we occupied all the rooms so I had not remote to access the tv. A lot of the kitchen utensils were broken. When the blankets were pulled back the sheets were dirty and had sand on the sheets.
