The house is amazing, but the host is even better!Setting everything up and making sure we had everything we needed. Best customer service I've ever had with renting vacation properties.

We stayed 3 nights and had 19 people staying the weekend. There was plenty room for everyone to sleep and hang around. We really enjoyed the two living rooms... the kids had a place they could hang out, watch tv and play games in the upstairs living room, while the adults were in the downstairs living room. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook. It was big enough for us to gather to eat or just hang out. The beds were very conformable. The 4.5 bathrooms were awesome.The dock was great you could step down right into the water or put a kayak in very easily. The kids did some fishing and some crabbing which they enjoyed.The bikes were a big hit for the children and a few of the adults. The lift was awesome for getting our stuff into the house and back to the vehicles. We will definitely be booking with them again.

The property was beautiful and the location was good. I had excellent cotact with our Evolve agent.
I just wish there was more to do in the immediate area. But if you're willing to drive, you can still find things to do.
We did visit the Dauphin Island Aquarium and its good for learning or school trips. Its small and ok for something to do.
My only complaint was their was a dirty wash cloth left in the upstairs bathroom. And no description of how to use the lift. Other than that the property was beautiful.
I would like to suggest the property owner add utility or ceiling fans for the outside areas. To help with bugs and heat while grilling or eating outside.
