Luxury 2 bedroom, first floor apartment located across the street from Townsend Manor Marina in the heart of Greenport Village . Walk to town and enjoy the amazing restaurants and shopping that Greenport has offer. This custom Victorian Farmhouse has been fully renovated with all modern amenities.
The custom gourmet kitchen has a sub zero refrigerator, Wolf stove, farmhouse sink. Gas grill located outside where you can enjoy evening dinner under the stars.
You will find 2 Flat screen SMART TVs. There is Wifi throughout the house.
The large wrap around deck is the perfect spot to have your coffee or glass of wine with marina views and great people watching.
The first floor apartment is bright with sunshine and hard wood floors. Easy to maintain for beachside living.

Great host and communication throughout. Easy and comfortable place to stay within a short walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in the village. We would definitely stay here again!
