Enjoy this mid-century modern guest house in a spectacular site, with a lake view, waterfall, and forest all in one place. The house was just fully renovated. This house is just 2 miles from Ithaca downtown and 3 miles from Cornell University. The location is super close to everything Ithaca has to offer—Ithaca falls, hiking, Ithaca Commons, movies and theater, restaurants, the farmer's market, the waterfront trail, wineries-- all within a few minutes drive of your rental.

What a treat to stay among the trees. This property had everything - views, comfort, and plenty of room.We all had a fabulous time watching sunsets from the balcony/deck. Hanging around as a family in the main room. Listening to the waterfall and watching birds fly by.It was a wonderful stay, we had everything we needed, if not more.

The unit was perfect for a weekend away. Very cozy accommodations with everything we could have needed, and the view can not be beaten!

The unit is nice pleasant. However, we can hear the owner walking above. The view is spectacular the scenery is amazing.

Very cool mid-century modern home overlooking the lake, with a waterfall on property. It is a shared property, so there are individuals upstairs with kids, but they were very nice! The driveway is a bit challenging (they all are in this area, though!) but the location is fantastic. Would recommend it!
