Upon entering the first floor of CJs Beach House you are welcomed by a spacious grand foyer, perfect for unloading all your luggage and beach gear for the week! There is also a full size bathroom with shower on this level, making bathroom trips from the beach and pool much easier!

On the second level get ready to sit in awe over the gorgeous views of the Gulf in our luxurious living room with plenty of seating for the whole family. Our living room provides the perfect oasis for relaxing and enjoying the spectacular views, and allows everyone to feel connected as our kitchen and dining room overlook the living room area. Included on the second level is the recently remodeled kitchen, complete with beautiful quartz countertops, top of the line appliances, and a gas stove to prepare your favorite meals on. This kitchen allows you to embrace your inner chef. We also have a walk in pantry with 2nd fridge to store any additional items you may need while on vacation for a week! There are four bedrooms on this level. Two master suits with en suite baths on the east and west beachfront side, both with balconies leading directly to the sand (one is even screened!) along with two double full bedroom suites offering their own private bathrooms too. On this level we also offer a large capacity washer and dryer in our laundry room, with laundry soap and beach towels provided!

On the third level we offer a half bath and two bedrooms. A private king en suite bedroom overlooks the pool area and just down the hall awaits a private sitting area which offers a little escape when needed. Enjoy reclining while watching the dolphins swim or sit on our oversized couch while enjoying your favorite show. This area offers a double fireplace into the grand master king suite with balcony access, a full size walk in closet, and en-suite bathroom offering a step in shower and garden tub.

Under the house enjoy plenty of pavement to park, clean fish, or relax in the shade around the built in pool. CJs Beach House takes you back to a simpler time - back to a time for building family traditions and memories which will last a lifetime!

*This home participates in the St. George Plantation amenities program, including two community pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, the Plantation Clubhouse and fitness center. Please note: Golf Carts are not allowed with rentals in the Plantation.

*This property has exterior security cameras with sound facing the front of house, under house, and back of house. Owner has access to these, Fickling Vacation Rentals has no access. They will monitor to make sure there are no more than 14 occupants at all times, as well as make sure you have no more than two dogs who do not weigh more than 35 lbs. each. All rental guidelines will be strictly enforced.
