This cozy coastal hideaway accommodates 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the second level of the home and is fitted with a king-size bed and a 40" Smart TV.
Also upstairs are another two bedrooms. The secondary bedroom features a queen-size bed with a 40" Smart TV. The third bedroom has two twin beds.

There are two full and one half bathrooms in the home, each of them stocked with all the essentials you need for the duration of your stay. The half bath is located on the 1st floor and both full bathrooms are located on the second floor.

The bright and airy kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, utensils and cookware you need to feel at home.
There are three living rooms spaced throughout the home - two on the main level of the home and one upstairs. Two of them are kitted with HDTVs with a Roku entertainment systems, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services.

The exterior area of this home boasts a deck within the large, fully-fenced in backyard - perfect for the dogs to run around! There's also a screened-in porch out front which is great for enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Grill up some food while friends are playing cornhole out back!

GUEST ACCESS
There are three standing AC units installed in the summer months - one in each bedroom. The other areas of the house (living rooms, dining room and kitchen) do not have AC as they are large, open spaces. The house generally gets a good breeze in the summer and opening the windows cools it down pretty well. We also have portable fans available for guest use.
Guests will have access to all described rooms and amenities. There are a couple rooms and closets which are locked and are marked private. You’ll receive a code for the smart lock for secure and easy entrance into the home.
There is a high chair and pack n' play always at the listing that is available for guests to use.

The house is in an excellent location if you want to get around to restaurants or the beach but also tucked away for a quiet neighborhood experience. The house itself is big with plenty of living spaces. We loved the coffee bar and it was very well stocked. The fireplace was nice to have for our February stay. Our host was very responsive if I had any questions about the house. The driveway was plowed nicely which was a big help. A few critiques would be, to provide more towels, it was wet from the snow and though it was cleared well it would have been nice to have a few extra to dry our dog off. A first aid kit with Advil or antacids. There is a first aid kit with bandages but no pain relievers. Those are small details but overall our stay was great.

It was a great house for our needs, a little rest and relaxation and our belated Christmas with my niece and nephews. Kids will love this house and being able to let my dog in the backyard was amazing. Hosts were SO responsive to every question we had. We are strongly considering staying here next year.

We spent the days exploring the area (hikes, horseback riding, seeing lighthouses, exploring Portland etc.) and it was a nice place to come "home" to for my family (6 of us). We cooked a lot and the kitchen had everything we needed! It was a bit hotter while we were there (unseasonably I believe) and so we definitely used the window air conditioners. Overall the house was very comfortable for us, was clean and provided everything we needed!
