About this apartment rental
Beautiful top floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! All new furnishings throughout. A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8 guest comfortably. This unit is new to the rental program and all furniture is brand new. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here. We also have two 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the first floor for those who may need more than one unit. Host was great with intrusctions before we checked in. Condo was clean and had the basics. 1 bedroom was very bare without a nightstand. Great location near the outlets for shopping! Good parking. The pull-out sofa was broken when we tried to use it and was not able to be stowed away but host had given us instructions that it was difficult beforehand. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our stay!
