About this apartment rental
Beautiful top floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! All new furnishings throughout. A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8 guest comfortably. This unit is new to the rental program and all furniture is brand new. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here. We also have two 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the first floor for those who may need more than one unit. Great location. Floors of condo could have been cleaner. Disliked the black towels that left lint on you after a shower.

Safe area, great property, very clean. I would love to see a mirror in a common area and hooks for towels in the bathroom. Otherwise it was the perfect place for our family of 6.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo, which is in a very convenient location. The pool area was impeccable and clean, and we really appreciated the nice river view from our unit. Upon arrival, the condo was clean, and the check-in instructions provided via the app were clear. It was also a thoughtful touch to have a selection of board and card games available for guests to enjoy.While our visit was fine, there are a few areas that could improve the guest experience. As we were flying in, it was difficult to travel with or purchase necessities like cooking spray, condiments, or pool towels. It would be very helpful if the unit were stocked with a few basic kitchen staples and if pool towels were provided, as guests are asked not to use the indoor towels at the pool. Additionally, adding a printed guide with local restaurant suggestions & basic property instructions would be a great convenience.We did encounter an issue with the AC unit during an exceptionally hot week. While the maintenance man, Mike, was incredibly kind, apologetic, & worked hard to resolve the issue, eventually bringing in a portable unit as it was never below 77 in the condo, it would have been appreciated if the owner had been as proactive. responsive & concerned. We also found that response times via the app and text were a bit slower than expected. Overall, it's comfortable spot in a great location, w/ easy access to nearby shopping like Walmart across the road, outlets, & not too far from Pigeon Forge
