About this apartment rental

Beautiful top floor riverfront condo located in the River Crossing Condominium complex! All new furnishings throughout. A great location just off the Parkway in Sevierville but still quiet and peaceful. It's within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and a new 14 cinema movie theater! It's very close to the Tanger Outlets. There's a trolley stop a 5 minute walk away in front of Books A Million. Walmart is directly across the Parkway. You can sit on our balcony and watch the ducks and geese come up from the river. Condo is only minutes from Dollywood. Condo is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Master bedroom has a king bed and a master bath with a jacuzzi tub. Second bedroom has a queen bed with access to a full bath. The third bedroom has a king size bed as well. There is a queen sleeper sofa in living room. Sleeps up to 8 guest comfortably. This unit is new to the rental program and all furniture is brand new. No pets and non smoking. It has all the amenities of home, we want you to feel at home when you stay here. We also have two 2 bedroom 2 bath units on the first floor for those who may need more than one unit. The pull-out sofa was broken when we tried to use it and was not able to be stowed away but host had given us instructions that it was difficult beforehand. Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed our stay!

The property was in a nice location that made it easy to get to all of the local attractions as well as the nearby convention center. The condo itself was very nice and had most of the features of home. The owners were very transparent as there were a few hiccups upon arrival however they were willing to work with us to overcome them. Thoroughly enjoyed our TN vacation!

Condo is in a great location for visits pigeon forge and gatlinburg. Jetted tub definitely needs cleaning, used it once and a brown film was left on the tub. Stuck to showers after that.

This property was able to accommodate our entire family along with giving us a view of the strip.In order to be able to look at all of the jeeps that were there for the great smokey mountain jeep club invasion.

We were all impressed by the size and feel of the condo. It definitely had space to spread out. It was nice to see the river and there was plenty of parking available. The kitchen was not well-equipped for daily cooking. The appliances were fine (other than the dishwasher which did not function while we were there), but the warped pans and broken utensils were not useful. Just a heads up, so if you plan not to eat out for your visit, you may be going to the conveniently located WalMart for some utensils and, a pan or two along with groceries. We didn’t hear noise from neighbors and didn’t have any issues other than the dishwasher not working and water inside after a severe storm

The condo was very nice and close to everything. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We had an issue with the cable in two rooms but the owner got the cable company out to fix them. The owner was quick to respond to our messages. It is nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ducks and blue heron that fish in the river. Would highly recommend booking this condo and would stay there again.

Our stay with Jim and Julie was very good. The view of the mountains was nice to look at. Our stay did not disappoint. After busy days at a conference it was great to relax. Some of our guests enjoyed the hot tub and pool.

Our family met in Sevierville for 2 graduation ceremonies and stayed in this condo. When we arrived we noticed the AC not working and called the owner. Maintenance was prompt and very responsive. Unfortunately the AC was unable to be fixed before our departure date, but the owner went out of his way to give us access to an additional room for our ability to cook and celebrate. The condo is lovely and has a great steam view. It is in a great location to all shopping and activities. Great space with all amenities. I would recommend and definitely rent again. It’s great to have such a responsive and helpful owner.
