We were impressed by how well the house was stocked. It was nice to have things like laundry detergent and coffee. Beach access was easy. Instructions for things were well written. Labels in the kitchen made it easy to figure out where things were. Also, there weren't excessive things to do when leaving and the rules were all very reasonable.

Fantastic, very well equipped home with great beach access! This was our second time staying in a home managed by Alice and her properties are top notch. Both having the best amenities we've seen in any vacation rental.
